Itinerary for honeymoon sakura season – Tokyo – Kyoto – Osaka

Hello everyone! Would gladly love your input on our itinerary for our trip coming next year.

**Tokyo**

Day 1, 20/3: Ginza

* Arrive at Haneda 0950, check in to our hotel at Kayabacho
* Walk around Pokemon Center DX/Cafe, Tokyo Station
* Free & easy, rest early

Day 2, 21/3: Ginza

* \- 0800 Get a queue number for Hachigo Soba
* Tsukiji Market
* Imperial Palace
* Chidorigafuchi Moat
* Uniqlo shopping

Day 3, 22/3: Asakusa

* Nakamise-dori Street for breakfast
* Senso Ji Temple
* Sumida Park in the afternoon for sakura viewing
* Kappabashi Knife Gallery to view some knifes

Day 4, 23/3: Shibuya

* Breakfast at Aoyama Farmers Market at UNU (weekend 10am – 4pm near Shibuya
* Yoyogi Park/Meiji Jingu
* Shibuya Scramble Crossing – Starbucks
* Shibuya Sky in the evening
* Mega Don Quijote – Shibuya Main Store

Day 5, 24/3: Akihabara, Ueno

* Explore Akihabara
* Lunch at Ameyoko
* Ueno Park picnic- Rest early for next day

Day 6, 25/3: Day trip to Kawaguchiko

Day 7, 26/3: Shinjuku, Meguro

* Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden
* Togoshi Ginza Shopping Street
* Meguro River – night time sakura

Day 8, 27/3: DisneySea

Day 9, 28/3: Travel to Kyoto, check in airbnb at Higashiyama, rest, free & easy

**Kyoto**

Day 10, 29/3:

* Arashiyama Bamboo Grove
* Sagano Scenic Railway
* Eat tofu at Arashiyama
* Kimono Forest – at night

Day 11, 30/3:

* Nishiki Market breakfast sashimi/sushi
* Nijo Castle
* Kyoto Imperial Palace Park
* Kichi Kichi Omurice dinner
* Pontocho – night walk about

Day 12, 31/3: Fushimi, Uji

* Fushimi Inari Taisha (Torii gates) – 5 km hike, about 3 hours
* Uji Bridge
* Tsuen Tea House

Day 13, 1/4: Cherry Blossom walking around Kyoto

* Philosopher’s Path
* Mtt Daimonji hike

**Osaka**

Day 14, 2/4:

* Travel to Osaka
* Check In, Rest Day
* Kema Sakuranomiya Park
* Dotonbori at night

Day 15, 3/4: USJ

Day 16, 4/4:

* Kuromon Ichiba Market
* Osaka Castle
* Last Min Shopping
* 2110H – train to Kansai Int’l
