i am looking for a good (couples) psychotherapist in the south of japan, english or japanese either will do, remote sessions are also an option..
Mainly childhood trauma issues that are causing communication mishaps with me and my partner, i kinda feel we’ve exhausted our diy approach to healing as we seem to trigger each others vulnerable parts in turn leading to arguments about nothing..
Doesnt have to be couples therapy, just individual might be a good start but hey i thought I’d ask,
Any help is extremely welcome
