3. Is this the fascist pan Asian monument that was re purposed after the war or am I confused? I’m fairly sure the kanji on the front is the slogan ‘Eight corners of the world under one roof’ or something to that effect

4. Nice. Looks like Art Deco. Leipzig Germany also has a tower similar to this dedicated to the Battle that defeated napoleon.
