Gift ideas for residents!

I’m running a work holiday party in December and our turnout for all the Japanese government coworkers is always iffy at best. As I’m running it this year, I started fielding gift ideas for our giveaways from them instead of my American counterparts to try and drum up interest in attending. Through my language barrier, I’ve gotten some feedback about that soda stream device a few of the guys showed interest in. But I don’t really live/work out in the economy daily. What would be some great gift giveaways in your opinion here? Im thinking maybe a nice camping chair, one or the tall nice ones that lean for a few hundred bucks. We’re giving away a resort stay in Hakone. I’m up for any ideas you all might have or have seen before. All suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance.
