Saitama Man strikes again.
Someone heard a gunshot from the post office the guy is holed up.
Apparently the suspect has fled to nearby Warabi, is [barracading in the central post](https://news.yahoo.co.jp/articles/c5f06657c7a0ca886c769f118ce1a2563dd1884d) and has taken a few hostages… He may have a can of gasoline….
EDIT: two women held hostage as of 6pm, and the dude seems to be in his 80s.
EDIT : one of the hostages has been released.
….. z.z Ok…. Why tho?
“See? *SEE?* *THIS IS WHY I NEED ALL THE GUNZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!1111*” — Every American gun nut
It is scary because It is close to my house😖
I find it really frustrating watching hundreds of Japanese police bumble around anytime there’s a situation, violent or not. For the sake of the hostages, I hope this old dude gives himself up, because I wouldn’t fancy the police to take any proactive action.
>He was wearing a black jumper at the time of the incident, the city added.
what the fuck is a jumper?
Where did he get the gun.
oh nice, i live 2 streets from there
Investigators say the guy in the post office might be very old, like over 80.
warabistan moment
Shooting in Japan? U can get guns in Japan?
The guy has been arrested!
2 hostages have been released. One of them was released hours ago.
