So far I have been using only ゆうちょ銀行 to do everything, receive my payroll, pay services, saving account, but I want to open a new account in a different bank where I can invest and of needed get a loan (ゆうちょ doesn’t have many options and I wanna buy a car soon) what are some recommendations?

Question on people’s first time coming here, I’m trying to apply for UR housing and they’ve asked for a Residence Certificate or 住民票. When I went to the Ward office they said they can’t register a hotel as a permanent address which means no 住民票. Is there a different document they should be asking for since I just came from the states a week ago? Or am I in some weird catch-22 limbo situation.

I’m considering Apple’s instalment plan for the first time, but also I’d rather not have to pay ¥20,000+ for two years.
Is it possible to put down ¥250,000 as an initial payment and then do around ¥10,000 per month for 24 months?
Anyone with a knowledge of dentistry? I obliterated my two front teeth in an accident the other day and my dentist really came through and fixed me up quickly enough. He seems pretty good at his job. Now it’s time for crowns on these teeth. I don’t really know much so I told him to do whatever has the best appearance. He decided to go with zirconia over Emax ceramics etc, despite it being a bit more expensive. He took a 3d model and did the impression and the crowns will be coming in a couple weeks.
Doing some research online after it seems that zirconia isn’t the best for appearance compared to all ceramic options. Am I getting swindled? Am I going to have goofy teeth?
We’re having a party on Saturday and we’re hosting for the fifth time in a row.

If you want to get a bank loan to buy a house but the value is too low for a bank to consider (I’ve been told this is a thing by people on here at least) can you add renovations or expansions to the loan to bring it up to the minimum loan amount?
