Your city magazine (the Koho, 広報雑誌) should have a list of emergency hospitals open for the holiday. You can also try googling the area name + 休日当番医 to find that list
If it’s a emergency, call 119. If it’s not an emergency, call #7119. Either of them can help you find a hospital that’s open and has a dental department. Typically hospitals in any central area work together and rotate so that one of them is open to outpatients when the others are closed.
