As title says. He bought my item for around 100,000 he’s an English speaking person in all the way hokkaido. No 本人確認no transaction, he doesn’t even have a nickname set. Says he just opened his account.
Have you guys have any experiences with selling expensive stuff to users like this? How’d it go?

Common scam don’t sell it.
Get paid, send item. Where’s the problem? Even if he doesn’t ‘accept’ the reception, it will be auto-processed in 2 (?) weeks and you’ll get your money then.
How are you sending it? If in app via yamato or jp post, you’ll have no issues. If snail mail, then you could have issues. I use 着払い for expensive items, and factor in the cost of shipping in the price, so I pay for it. It means they have to accept the shipment, and the courier is liable for damages etc so in transit due to it being pay on delivery.
If you’re so sketched out by this person, cancel and relist? And block them for good measure.
Definitely higher risk than normal
