I got this Ume from a friend, made by her grandma! What do I use it for??? 😬

1. Eat with rice. You can also have on own. Could blend it add to alcohol or regular drinks. I usually break it apart and add it to my water. It’s very intense flavor

2. Eat with freshly steamed Japanese rice! Since they are homemade, you will really be able to appreciate the flavor that way.

3. Onigiri!

4. Be aware that there is a pit inside.

   They are good post meal.
