Why do you want to do this? Are you sure you aren’t getting scammed?
You can buy them on Amazon USA but you’ll need a credit card, maybe a prepaid card will work. Enjoy your discounted Macbook, but make sure to get some extra cards ready just in case the shipping method requires more gift cards to clear.
Amazon USA sells stuff but this sort of purchase more or less instantly triggers anti-fraud things and your account might get locked.
I’ve found that Play Asia is a pretty good website for this (I’ve mainly used it to buy other region’s gift cards). Don’t know if a konibini yen payment would work for that though
You also buy them at at the konbini! Probably being scammed.

Pcgamesupply.com I have a US iTunes account. I used to buy US iTunes gift cards when I went home or have relatives buy them and send me the number. I originally did this years ago to have English tv shows for my kids when they were young. Given the yen rate, I don’t buy them too often lately but occasionally there might be a movie I want to own. They take credit cards and PayPal. If you need to use cash it could be tricky – maybe buy a Visa gift card first in a conbini?
The problem is not buying US iTunes cards with yen, the problem is you don’t have a credit card to pay for it

Is there any reason you can’t just order the thing online at apple.com? https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-giftcard/giftcard
