Can someone tell me what these are?

Hi friends! My girlfriends parents just moved to Tokyo and sent back a package that included these bottles. Can anyone tell me what they are (and what they’re used for)? Left to right please.

  1. 3rd from the left is steak marinade for yakiniku, 3rd from the right “cobb salad dressing”, second from the right is a Sesame salad dressing that’s very popular in restaurants(it’s my favorite, put it on Shredded cabbage). If you download google translate and use the camera function, it will actual do a great job of translating the labels.

  2. Tamari shoyu, usukuchi shoyu, yakiniku tare sauce, liquid koji miso, Cobb salad dressing, goma tare, yuzu ponzu

  3. Next to the last on the right is my wife’s favorite brand of sesame dressing. She’d drink the stuff straight given half a chance.

  4. I gotta ask, do people’s phones not have a photo search function like Google Lens or whatever Apple’s equivalent is?

I’m not trying to be rude but, I mean…

  5. Just to add some info on some:

    1) Tamari Soy Sauce – thicker and a little sweeter than normal soy sauce, good for cold dishes

    2) “light” soy sauce (not light like diet, just lighter body than “thick”)

    3) grilled meat dipping sauce. Best on the side with meat dipped in. It is thick with a medium spice

    6) Sesame dipping sauce (could use as a dressing or topping on chicken or pork) good with cold meats.

    7) Yuzu (a citrus fruit like a lemon) flavored ponzu sauce, another light acidic sauce. Great with a white fish or anything from 6. The two are often the main sauces served with shabushabu)

  6. You can make the best-fried rice with that tamari shoyu (The left one). Tamari shoyu is a type of Japanese soy sauce considered to be a higher-quality or premium soy sauce.
