Check out Psydoll, an industrial group based out of Tokyo. They organize gigs fairly frequently with similar bands and artists.
There’s a goth/industrial night every once in a while. I haven’t actually been able to go yet, but I think they hold it monthly. I don’t have a link or anything handy, but searching around should get you the current one (there used to be more).
Aw I misread the title and thought it said KMFDM was coming to Tokyo. How awesome would that be??
