If you have any interest in Ghibli, there’s a [nice exhibition](https://kinro-ghibli.com/) on right now. We went on a weekday morning and it was child-free, mostly local group of attendees with a handful of taiwanese/ HK tourists (judging based on language & style of dress), very calm and low key.
Eat toyama bay sushi, the white shrimp is something else
I’m sorry, but for Tokyo and Yokohama/Odaiba, you don’t have a chance of doing all you wish to. I suspect the same is true for all of the other places you’ve got listed also.
