[According to this](https://www.city.sapporo.jp/hospital/clinic/service/infectious_disease.html), they are currently not vaccinating adults due to supply limitations. If you want to get vaccinated, you’ll have to do so before moving.

Side note, you’re better off abbreviating Japanese as JP, as the one you used has been used as a slur.
