As the others said, it’s literally just almond fish. There are tons of brands, and you can find it at 7-Eleven, Aeon, and probably other grocery stores. I have never seen that particular brand, though.
I bought this in DONKI.
almond Anchovy
Man I love almonds and little fish! I wish I could find that, it looks bomb.
It’s a very common snack in Asia. In Malay we call it ikan bilis. From the translation from other ppl here I guess it’s ikan bilis with almonds. In south east Asia, you can find it with peanuts. It’s basically Anchovy that is dried.
This label does not provide information required by Japanese law. Is there another label on the back?
The brand is 焼津日宏 (Yaizu nikkō).
The store that sells it is 焼津の魚屋さん 日宏 (Yaizu no Sakanayasan Nikkō), which looks to be in Shizuoka.

Says Almond and little fish but no brand name.
Does that say almond fish? Is this a thing?

The product’s rakuten page is [here](https://item.rakuten.co.jp/yaizunikko/kozakana60/) in case you feel like ordering it online, albeit this one comes in a plastic bowl instead of a bag.
Not sure what exact fish(es) are part of the package, but it’s full of calcium!
Seems to be this company that makes the bag you have,
