Uni and wasabi root are looking nice.
What kinds of fish you have there? I recognize kinmedai, madai, kanpachi (I think), obs. West coast uni, but not the top fish(kuromutsu – answered), the smaller fish (Aji – answered), and the hidden fish (some sort of bass)
