I’m planning to buy a digital piano and just realised that Black Fridays’s around an oddly belated corner. Does anybody happen to know if there’s some sort of preview of the deals? I need the piano soon-ish, but could justify the wait if I knew that I could bag it significantly cheaper…

No previews yet that I’ve found, just this landing page with the dates of the sale on it (https://www.amazon.co.jp/blackfriday – 11/24 to 12/1). Maybe keep an eye on that page in case they start advertising sales, but some other things I read suggested they don’t have any kind of previews. I guess we’ll find out next Friday. 🙂
I’ve been eyeing keyboards on Amazon’s sales for quite some time now but I don’t see significant deals yet. If you’re not too concerned about getting it new, maybe you could check Hard-Off or other similar secondhand stores.
Use extensions like keepa to track past price history. Sometimes they put fake discounts you know…

Why an “oddly belated corner”? It say from 11/24-12/1. Black Friday is 11/24, the day after thanksgiving in the US
