Edit: I know this isn’t going to be the most popular take for everyone but it’s one of my favorites and (my opinion) mild enough I feel like it’s a good starting point and/or can be had between trying out new things that you might not end up liking.
Chirashi
Scallops, Otoro, Sea bream, keep ordering until your full or broke, whichever comes first.
I feel like eel is always a good test of a sushi place.
Salmon, yellowtail, mackerel. I’ve never had sea urchin but I want to. Didn’t see quail egg shooter but if they have it and you like spicy, ask them to add siracha and a jalapeño spear to it 🤤
Striped jack and sea bream x2 each, king salmon of course, Cobia(because what is it I’d have to find out) baby YT because why not, squid, scallop, toro x3, I hate uni so no for me dawg, otoro because again what is it I’d have to find out, and live scallop. Might as well add crab too.
So basically all the things. All of them.
Except uni, it is just not my jam at all.
Only rolls I eat are spicy spider with no sweet sauce. Nigiri and sashimi is where it’s at for me.
Not a cheap plate, at all. But I bet it would be good.
Get a couple things you know you like, then try something adventurous that you’ve never had! The bottom half looks like their higher end stuff.
Live Scallop
2 of everything.
Eel (unagi) and shrimp(ebi)
All of it
Hammered
Blue fin stripped jack sea bream, toro
I couldn’t skip the tofu skin!
Wtf does a “piece” mean something different or is it really that expensive? $4 for a single piece of sushi????
A cheeseburger
Escolar is amazing!
California roll lol
This is a ridiculous post.
Is OP actually sitting in a restaurant, waiting for Redditors to tell them what to eat before ordering?

Yes.
Definitely something with eel and or yellowtail
To test their skill level or just to enjoy dinner?
Go big! Otoro, Uni, Scallops, Fatty Tuna, and sea bream.
Everything. Place looks great! Where is it?
Unagi and Tako!
All of it. Next stupid question.
Definitely 2 pieces of everything
Everything on the bottom half of the menu

Unagi
Squid
Octopus
Toro
Live Scallops
Uni Shot
Spicy salmon roll 🩷

Escolar! Escolar! Escolar!
On the top half for me it’s:
Bluefin x2, Yellowfin, escolar, yellowtail x2, mackerel, surf clam, conch x2, tobiko x2, tamago. Nice looking plate.
Then second plate:
Striped jack and sea bream x2 each, king salmon of course, Cobia(because what is it I’d have to find out) baby YT because why not, squid, scallop, toro x3, I hate uni so no for me dawg, otoro because again what is it I’d have to find out, and live scallop. Might as well add crab too.
