may i know is it suitable/appropriate to use おす to say hi to a japanese guy as a first introduction?
and also can u guys show me the examples of conversation that is ok to use for おす and other greeting word such as (やーほ、よー ) so that i could use it appropriately in the future?

Are you a 17-year-old male greeting his close friends? おす is very masculine, very casual, and unless you’re close friends you will sound either cartoonish or like a jerk if you use it. Same for よー as a greeting.
All of these options are things that a person would only potentially use to speak with someone they know well who is close to their age. The most casual thing you might say for “good morning” when meeting someone for the first time is おはよう
When I was a kid like 40 years ago, we frequently used it among friends, but haven’t heard of anyone using it on a daily basis since, except 援団 members.

Sometimes there’s such a thing as too much anime. lol. Never say おす as a first introduction (also, it’s mostly used in anime). As for やーほ, nobody uses that…well maybe females, but still very rare. Stick to the way books teach you for a first introduction. It’s rude to use casual form when you first meet someone, even if you’re trying to be friendly. To your guy friends you can say うぃーす / うぃーっす as a greeting. It’s pretty much saying “yo/sup” to our friends.
