having some trouble with this:

Context: Kid is identifying a thief for the police. The thief says the above, after the kid has identified him.
what is かかっちゃかなわん? A contraction?
I have a Japanese scroll that I have photographed and need help translating, any advice? It wont let me make a post and u cant add attachments to this thread. Any help would mean a lot and sorry for any disrespect
