I can’t find much on the process for this so any insights would be amazing.
Background: Currently, I’m with TEPCO for both electricity and gas, all in one contract.
A sales representative from Gas One (Saisan) visited and talked about lesser fees, and at the moment, it also made sense to switch. So I said yes and applied for the change.
Now, I am regretting my decision. It seems that it’s much easier to just have TEPCO for both utilities. I haven’t received any notice yet of the application pushing through and stuff, so does anyone know if it is still possible to cancel the change and the process for it?
I couldn’t find anything from my TEPCO customer account regarding the change, so I’m not really sure how to go about it. I’m a bit lost on what to do, so any input would be great.

For home sales, isn’t there a two week cooling-off period where you can cancel?
