google ガチ中華 there are plenty of chinese restaurants in Ikebukuro, Shinjuku catering for rising chinese students demographic in Japan. I saw those crabs in Haidilao in Shinjuku
Not helpful but fun tidbit: they used to sell them live in vending machines in Umeda Osaka.
