Added Suica on Apple Wallet, and was charged, but the card isn’t in my wallet?

Hey everyone,

I added a Suica with my credit card on Apple Wallet, and the charge is showing as pending in my card statement. However, the Suica hasn’t appeared on my Apple wallet and is not under expired cards. Has anyone had this issue and know how to resolve it? I have tried closing and restarting my phone.

  3. I’ve experienced something similar on Google Wallet so my experience may not apply. Japanese and International Google Wallet are not the same app so, for example, US funds balance will not appear on the Japanese app and Pasmo/Suica/Icoca won’t appear on the US app.

    If the IOS app market let’s you sign in with a Japanese account the card should appear.

  4. Did you use the same Suica card on another iPhone in the past? This shouldn’t need to be done anymore, but if you go to the AppleID website and sign in, there will be a section listing the cards you’re using with ApplePay. Deleting Suica from the list should make the card reappear in the expired cards list in Apple Wallet so it can be added again.

  5. I added a pasmo to my phone. Charged my card but didn’t appear. I deleted that card and then added it again.
