I’d like to protect the threads and color, and I’ve seen some carry their goshuincho in silk pouches or purses. Could someone recommend where I could find one in Tokyo? Thank you! A lot of temples/shrines sell it, keep an eye out the next time you get a goshuin written
It is usually called “御朱印帳袋”(bag), or “御朱印帳ケース”(case). Some shrines are also selling them.
