Hi! Today I bought Roman’s blasting melting lip balm from don quixote, Shibuya. When I took the 3 shades I want (the stock was behind the shade) and purchased it, I thought that the products I purchased was right and thought nothing of it. But when I returned to the hotel today, I realised that the 3 lip products were of the same shade and the shade isn’t even the one I want. I would like to seek help from the community about don Quixote’s exchange policy, and tell me if I could exchange. I’m not seeking a refund or return. The products are unopened, I have the receipt. I didn’t even get these products tax free and just paid the tax fee as a foreigner. Please advise me on what to do! Thank you for your advice

Donki can do exchange / refund but unfortunately cosmetics are excluded. You can go back to the shop to check if you still want to try. Bring the receipt.
If you have the receipt, the return policy should be on it.
I would advise you go to a Don Quixote and ask an employee using Google Translate.
