In case anyone else is missing Tortellini heavily, i just ordered 30 packs from Kaldi Online Store. Last time they were available there was February / March this year. Have been checking weekly to be able to get em again as the only other option is buying Barilla from amazon for like 1.4k yen per package, which is batshit insane.
