  1. Quick notes:

    * these are sweet and crunchy like mirugai (geoduck)
    * they are a pain to prep – the shell is hard and it’s hard to mangle. They also have these glands that must be removed (won’t kill you, but you’ll be pretty sick)
    * They are really delicious and I highly recommend them if they are fully prepped for sashi/sushi use or at a restaurant
