2. I am not aware if anyone’s tried it. But it should be possible to vpn. I supposed they could end up blocking you if they feel compelled to compare you ip address vs your account/ payment zip. But i doubt that they are that concerned about stuff like that

5. I am assuming this would be Japanese commentary though… unless they stopped doing that. I remember hearing that Shingo Takagi did commentary on some episodes and basically was marking out about Wardlow the whole time lol
