Basically what the title says – I’m looking to order a couple serums from their site that I can’t find elsewhere in Japan. Has anyone ordered from lookfantastic.jp before and what’s your experience been like (especially with regards to having to pay duties upon arrival – have you had to deal with that?)

I’ve ordered from them a few times and never had any trouble or extra duties, delivery was relatively quick too!
Ordered from them a few times. Came within the designated time frame. No issues.
Thirding a good experience. Ordered my bf’s Christmas present from them, and it arrived early and with no issues or duties. My only suggestion is to unsubscribe from the emails as soon as you can. They send a lot of promotional stuff.
I’ve used them and Beautylish most often , and no problems.
The one time I tried to order from them, I waited over a month and my order hadn’t even been dispatched. I contacted customer service and they told me that it was due to be dispatched the next day. Waited another 2 weeks and it still hadn’t been dispatched. So I just ended up cancelling the order and have never used them since.
