Hi, just like the title says, I’m looking for Kaiseki restaurants that have wheelchair accessibility in Tokyo. My wife uses a chair, but is ambulatory so a very limited amount of stairs are ok. What is important mostly is comfortable seating, preferably she would be able to stay in her chair at the table, but if there is a counter, it can’t really be something like a barstool and needs to be a proper chair. If anyone could help me out with a place that would suit her needs I’d be very grateful as I really want to take her as part of our trip.

I recommend [Daigo](https://www.atago-daigo.jp/index_en.html), for Kaiseki Shojin Cuisine. All the rooms are private, and there are also table seats available. Additionally, there are Japanese-style rooms with no need for traditional sitting on the floor due to the presence of steps. If you inform the staff at the time of reservation that you will be visiting in a wheelchair, they will assist you in various ways when you arrive. The restaurant has also been awarded Michelin stars.
For slightly different reasons – my partner had back surgery a few years back and so needs chairs with back support – I’ve created a Google Map of restaurants in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto which have proper chairs. It doesn’t cover the stairs issue but you could potentially use it as a basis for your own list.
