Can I still come to Japan?

Please dont bully or say harsh words to me.

I came to Japan 2014 of May, during that time I was a very stupid and gullible person. My company who sent me in Japan at that time is a black company.

Without reading the application form for Visa, I signed everything. The visa application was successful and it was an inter company visa. For 3 years I am doing visa renewal without problem and keep signing without reading.
Now when I leaved the company, the told me they put wrong starting date on my application form so they can grant me COE, take note I only worked for their comkany for 4 months before they apply me a visa. I was so scared at that time since I am changing company in Japan as well and I need to apply for a new visa.
During the application for my change visa we asked someone from the immigration if we need to write what my company wrote on my previous application because it’s wrong. She just said write the correct one because they will check the contents during the examination. Fortunately my visa was changed.

2020 I leave japan to work in my home country. I was not deported or anything.

Now a company based in Japan gives me a job offer which is the reason why I am asking for your advice.
If accept the job offer I need to go back to japan but I am scared if my previous inconsistent record will affect my application. Should I wrote an apology letter if ever I decided to accept the offer?

Please be nice to me I am very sensitive person and diagnosed with clinical depression before

  2. I’m not a visa officer, but if your last visa change was approved, I don’t see why it should be an issue anymore.

I also don’t see the need to bring it up to your new company. If they apply the visa for you and there’s no problem, good. If they ask, just be honest anyway. I would assume that even if there was a problem, it would probably just cost a small administrative fee.

I think the big question here is, if you are that sensitive as a person, and given the “overworked” reputation that most japanese companies have, are you sure that this new company has a non-toxic work culture that would suit you??
