Hello. I will be going home soon for Christmas and I want to pay my credit card bill early.
I tried calling Rakuten help center but I don’t understand everything that was being said.
I did try going in online to change the payment method but I got confused.
It says in E-navi that I can make changes until the 10th of the month, and they can start getting money from my account.
Does that happen immediately or do I have to wait a month?

As far as I know if you want to pay your entire bill early you have to call. You can have an English speaker call you back.
Basically you have until the statement starts processing and if you want to pay you contact them, they give you bank transfer details and you confirm the transfer within 1 business day. This is consistent across all issuers here.
The intention is to have some availability on your card? Because if not, just leave money in your bank.
