Hi everyone!
Need some advice on what are some of the options I might have for my career
My background:
Graduated from a Japanese university with Business major. Had a bit of programming internships while I was in uni so, went for IT space and am currently working as a consultant for ServiceNow vendor(cloud platform) reaching 3 years coming March.
Much of my work is in ServiceNow which is alright but I feel that IT space is much bigger and I should explore more and also try to increase my income i.e. 4.5 million yen.
I can speak Japanese at a business level.
Any advice on what options I might be able to explore?
Thanks guys!

4.5M is pretty low for 3 years of experience, especially that you can speak Japanese. You would be able to find a job paying 6M+ easily at your level. Just put your cv to any recruiting site and see what happens.
With your service now experience, your exit should be easy. Try consulting at PwC, McKinsey, Bain, Boston, Deloitte, or Accenture.
