Study Abroad for Masters in EE

Just what the title says, I recently graduated in May and currently have a job as a Jr EE, but I would like to go back to school. I currently study Japanese in my free time and really enjoy it and had the possible idea to combine those two things and study abroad. I don’t know what the best programs may be (I graduated from SDSU and looked into any CSU Internation Programs and none seemed to have EE in Japan) so I wanted to see if anyone knew about good programs/where to look to possibly go in the next year or two?
