Hello!
A few days ago I shipped a package, around 6kgs to my home country. I have been shipping packages (usually smaller) to this address from the exact post office for a few months, no problem. The staff took the package in, no issues at all but today I got a “undeliverable item notice” for this package at my residence in Japan.
I scheduled for the package to be delivered tomorrow but I am wondering why it’s getting delivered to me? And what can I say to the deliveryman when he comes? Would I be able to get a refund back and could I ship it again?
I’m a bit stressed out because I am leaving Japan in a 3 days (inc. the weekends which post offices don’t open) with no more space in my luggage to put anything else.
