I ordered a Japanese snack box and revived thing among other things. The translate was concerning, can someone tell me what this is?

1. pretty sure that’s for putting in a bath, not eating.

2. These are camellia scented bath salts which will make the water cloudy. It was probably included as a bonus.

7. Every Japanese snack box i’ve gotten has had a pamphlet that explains exactly what each item is, kind of surprised if yours didn’t, especially if it had something like this in it.
