Darn, that’s hard to find around these parts. Does it taste better than lesser sobas?
I’ve heard that 100% buckwheat can give it a coarser texture. When I had soba in several places in Nagano prefecture (known for their buckwheat) they all added some flour for this reason, also that it’s harder to make the soba noodles with 100%. How did it taste and compare? Would love to try it myself one day.
I love Soba so muc especially like that i crave it all the time
