I recently got the ANA VPASS card from SMBC and decided to furikomi the money early and said I was going to make the payment today. I went to the bank and made the payment only to find that it says you have to make the payment by 3pm, mine was 10 minutes late.
Does anybody know what happens here? Does it just get processed later?
