I am a Filipino student researcher who sent an email to them 3 weeks ago. An automated email response from them said they will reply within 3-5 business days, yet there were no response from them up to this day. I checked the spam and sent them multiple emails yet there are still no response. Is this company functional or am I missing something about Japanese companies? Thank you.
