I’m working for this company as 派遣社員 for a year and three months now but lately I’ve changed my mind and I’m planning to move to another prefecture. After explaining the situation, my 派遣会社 decided to end my contract on March (it was set as automatic renewal before). Do I have any benefits such as 基本手当 after the contract ends? I might apply for that on Hello Work, but I’m certainly sure I can manage to land a new job in the other prefecture as soon as possible (It might take 2-3 weeks though). Was anyone in my shoes before?
