Hey guys! I have worked 2 years as a Terrain Park Crew/Shaper and am looking to see if I can get a job in Japan!
I am 31 so unfortunately I am older than the cap of a lot of the helper programs. (They are usually 18-30)
What would the best way to go about finding a job there for next year (2024/25) ?
Would I reach out to a ski resort and ask if they are hiring any US workers, then get a visa or something?
Please, would love any advice!
