Questions for studying in japan (character design)

Hi everyone

I am planning my future.My goal is to work in either Bandai Namco or any big Japanese game company in Japan as a game illustrator/concept artist.

I am from Singapore and I want to learn character design in japan,how do I study abroad and what schools do you guys recommend.

And towards the future how do I get a job in Bandai namco or any big Japanese game company
