Hi, just a quick question, I moronically left my bag on a train in Tokyo on the way to Haneda on 31st Dec. The staff were very helpful and they eventually found it, but it was too late for me to collect it before my flight.
So I know where the bag is, but I am in the UK now. I have emailed them asking them to send it to a Tenso forwarding address I’ve set up, but they haven’t got back to me yet (emailed 3 days a go).
So I’m just wondering how much of a rush I should be in to sort this? I really want the bag back, but I’m hoping lost and found will hold it for a fair while? So does anyone have any experience in this and know how long they may hold the bag for?
