I have a resona debit card and I’ve used it abroad,(a developing country) I went to this supermarket and bought some food and later got a charge for 1,500 of the local currency (the charge appeared in yen and when I converted it was exactly 1500) for google play along with the supermarket amount. The fee appeared a few moments later and that was the first time we used the card abroad. I’ve never paid for anything in google play and my card isn’t even logged into the system, and they don’t seem to have a help desk so I’m unsure what’s the correct way to handle this.
How can I get this charge rollbacked from my card while I’m still abroad?
I saw they had a help desk but I believe calling from arboad here might cost almost as much as the charge itself.
