Hello all! I’m a native English speaker with a background in Classical Latin and currently around N4-N3 Japanese. When I learned Latin, I read Vergil’s Aeneid and Caeser’s De Bello Gallico in books that broke down the meter they were written in with some added notes. I was wondering if there was any such resource for reading the Heike Monogatari so I could appreciate the meter of the original untranslated work.
