Went on a trip to Okinawa few days ago, but found out after leaving the hotel that I’ve forgotten my earbuds. Called the hotel and we agreed on them sending it to Tokyo, where I reside. Today, three days later, I received the package, but found out it was empty after opening it. From the inside it seems like it was opened from below, the carton in few places were pulled apart, so I’m assuming it’s theft. I called Yamato transport and they’ve just returned the fees, stating that they will try to find it now. Anyone had a similar situation before? Is there anything else I can do aside from just waiting?
