The time investment you make to learn ‘hard’ FSI languages like Japanese / Chinese is massive, and so I’ve sometimes found it difficult to feel like progress is being made — or vice versa, look back and realize how much of a feat achieving fluency was.
As such, I thought to make a tool that would dynamically visualize learners’ journeys (both in terms of time and foreign content read / watched / listened to). This would not only be personally motivating + a testament to one’s skills, but also valuable for other learners.
A year later, [Lingotrack](https://lingotrack.com) is finally here! It lets you:
* *easily* log your learning time (can be literally two clicks)
* keep track of what media you’ve consumed & find level-appropriate recommendations from the community (similar to LearnNatively, we were both developing some features concurrently)
* see what other learners are up to by following them, reading journal updates, etc.
And best of all, there’s tons of aesthetic charts & you can track your Japanese learning for free!
Please consider checking the tool out at [lingotrack.com](https://lingotrack.com), and of course any feedback is very welcome\~
