Hi everyone. Recently, I rented an apartment in Osaka and it has a NTT West Hikari outlet ([image](https://images2.imgbox.com/93/7b/cKfXAiaH_o.jpeg)). Does this mean I’m limited to NTT’s FLET’S Hikari Line when choosing ISPs on kakaku? In addition, is the “data communication volume” (データ通信量) info on kakaku trustworthy because I saw that while most ISPs have no restriction (制限なし) on kakaku, they have restriction on [this ISP regulation list](http://isp.oshietekun.net). Currently, I’m looking for ISPs without any upload data volume restriction (like 15-30GB/day) for work purpose.
