Itinerary check from 27 of Feb to 14 of March –> Osaka -> Kyoto -> Kinosaki -> Tokyo -> Osaka

Hi, I’m going to Japan 16 nights from the 27 fo Feb to the 16 of March, here is the plan I’m building:

**27 of Feb**

\- I arrive to Osaka at 4pm, the plan is to take the Haruka train and go directly to Kyoto

\- I suspect that I will arrive to Kyoto around 7pm so the plan for the rest of the day is just go to the ryokan, go eat something and rest

**28 of Feb -** Stay around Kyoto east:

\- Kiyomizudera

\- Walk though Higashiyama (sannenzaka and ninenzaka)

\- Sanjusagendo temple

\- Maruyama park

\- Chion-in temple

\- Walk through Gion

\- Walk through Miyagawacho

\- Heian sanctuary

\- Nanzen-ji temple

\- Ginkaku-ji temple to the Eikando temple

**29 of Feb -** Stay around Kyoto west:

\- Walk through Asahiyama and go to the bamboo forest

\- Go see the monkeys

\- Take the sagano scenic railway

\- Kinkaku-ji temple

\- Daitokuji temple

**1st of March -** Stay around Kyoto center:

\- Walk through Pontocho

\- Walk through Shijo and Kawaramachi

\- Kyoto gyoen

\- Nijo castle

\- Nishiki market

\- Kyoto Tower

\- Nishi Honganji and Higashi Hongaji temples

\- Fushimi inari shrine

*(I still don’t have any list of restaurants but one thing for sure I want to do is go to a good Kaiseki place)*

**2nd of March -** Go to Nara:

\- Nara Park

\- Todaji temple

\- Hasadera temple

\- Horyuji temple

**3rd of March** \- Travel to Kinosaki

\- I will probably spent the morning in Kyoto and then take the Hashidate train to Kinosaki

\- The rest of the day I just want to rest and go to some onsens

**4th of March -** Kinosaki

\- Same has yesterday, I plan to don’t do anything besides visit the town and go to onsens

**5th of March** \- Travel to Tokyo

\- In the morning take the Kounotori and Hashidate trains to Tokyo

\- It will be a long trip so once I arrive I just stay around the hotel/ryokan, eat something and rest

**6th of March -** Tokyo center

\- Koyko

\- Chidorigafuchi Park

\- Yasukuni

\- Tokyo station

\- Tsukiji Market

\- Hama-rikyu Onshi Teien

\- Ginza

\- Hamarikyu garden

**7th of March** \- Tokyo north east

\- Akihabara area Akihabara electronic street

\- Kappabashi street

\- Skytree

\- Nakamise street

\- Kaminarimon

\- Senso-Ji

\- Ueno zoo to see the Pandas!

\- Ueno park

\- Ameyoko comercial street

8th of March – Tokyo north

\- Ikebukro area (night)

\- Sunshine city

\- Sibu Ikebukro

\- Rikugien Garden

\- Koishikawa garden

\- Big Camera

\- Koishikawa korakuen garden

\- Bunkyo Civic center

**9th of March** \- Tokyo west

\- Tokio city view

\- Roppongi hills area

\- Tokio tower

\- Atago sanctuary

\- Shinjuku area

\- Shinjuku Gyoen garden

\- Kabikucho area (night)

**10th of March -** Tokyo west 2

\- Takeshita street

\- Meji shrine

\- Yoyogi park

\- Shibuya sky

\- Shibuya 109

\- Ghibili museum

\- Shibuya area (night)

**11th of March** \- Go to Osaka

\- The idea is to stay during the morning in Tokyo and then go to Osaka with the Shinkansen train

\- Once I arrive to Osaka, stay near the hotel/ryokan and rest

**12 of March and 13th of March:**

\- One day I want to go to the sumo tournament if I can get a ticket, and the other day just go to the main areas shoping and visiting the town, I don’t have a very clear plan for Osaka as the main thing is the sumo tournament

14th of March – Going home 🙁

\- I will spend the morning in Osaka and then I will go to the airport, the plane leaves at 5pm

So, first of all I would like to know what do you think, if I’m doing too much or too litle, also if I’m missing something I must see yes or yes that I don’t have in the list

Any general recomendation is appreciated, I like sports and art mainly, in case there is a spcific thing I could like/should see

Also any restaurant in any of the areas that I will be is appreciated, thanks 🙂
