Hello! I am very embarrassed to ask this, but has anyone ever sought out a proctologist or someone similar in Kyoto? Also, I can speak some Japanese, but it won't suffice to explain the symptoms in detail.
Tbh, I am terrified of a visit.
I have had pain and bleeding for more than 4 weeks now and tried OTC that was recommended in r/japanlife etc… I think this is already tmi so I'll stop lol.
Even if you can't recommend a specific doctor, I am thankful for any help on this topic.
I'd know who to visit in my home country and can research OTC in detail, but here I am a bit helpless
